Any person who uses their artistic skill to persuade a culture into believing the unbelievable by using the K3 ideology.

Hi, my name is Konrad Davis and I am a KonArtist3. This name was given to me by a member of my graduate cohort at the University of Louisville while pursuing my Masters of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance. I am a firm believer in artistic vision versus the reality given to by society.


The name KonArtist3 was started as a way to develop a perception that followed me throughout my career and would manifest into the artist you see today. This perception was controlled by my actions. Since then, this perception has given me the opportunity to create some epic events/productions.


My first opportunity to create Konartist3y was through the Studio Theatre Company at U of L and after the first production, The Movement Started. KonArtist3 is a fusion of my name Konrad and the word Konartist. The number three represents three principles that comprise the ideology of Konartist3y including the use of Kollaboration, Kutlivation, and Koercion. The letter Y at the end of Konartist3y is for anyone that challenges the overall vision of the movement. "Why" is what I ask when someone wants to cease the movement known as Konartist3y (K3).


I was taught that nothing can be done without an ensemble, so I had to learn Kollaboration with other artists. Kollaboration can sometimes be challenging but it's important for every KonArtist3 to find a balance. Kultivation is the key to any artist trying to develop their skill and through Konartist3y every artist will get some type of practice or experience. Konartist3y will ignite a fire of pure artistic development.The Koercion used for Konartist3y is subjective and depending on the goal of the KonArtist3 can be used to reveal the truth.


Although Konartist3y began as an idea to put together a diverse show of artists on a stage, this movement now uses the K3 ideology based upon Kollaboration , Kultivation and the use of Koercion to make things happen. This ideology has now extended beyond the fourth wall and will reach not only the community, but the world by influencing the next generation of artists.
